Terms Of Conditions

While placing purchase orders for products on INDIAZICOM website, customers are deemed to have accepted the below mentioned terms and conditions and is bound by it. Copy of the terms & conditions are printed along with the order placed by the customer and emailed to the customer accordingly. Our valued customers are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions each time he / she places an order on INDIAZICOM website. 

1. Order executed and handed over to the Express Courier Company will be termed as “Shipment”.

2. Express courier company to whom shipment will be handed over for transportation from India to International Destination will be termed as “Carrier”.

3. Receiver of the shipment shall be termed as “Consignee”.

4. All prices are in Indian National Rupees – “INR (₹)”.

5. INDIAZICOM shall not charge more than the prices mentioned on its website.  Charges for products and shipping shall be payable by the shipper before products are booked with the Carrier. Charges for products and shipping (billed amount) will be in “INR (₹)” and can be paid in INR (₹) or USD as per customer’s preference. However, payment in USD should be equivalent to the billed amount in INR (₹).

6. Destination Duties & Taxes, if any, to be borne by the Consignee to whom the products are shipped.

Address change request shall attract additional charges of ₹ 1200 + Service Tax as per the Terms of carriage by the Carrier. 

7. Shipping costs includes packaging costs + Freight cost + Fuel Surcharge + Service tax and Excludes duties and taxes at the destination.

8. LIABILITY:  INDIAZICOM will make all reasonable efforts to pack the products in a secured way to avoid damage during its journey from India to International destination. However, the shipments with packed products are subject to Customs and Carrier’s inspection. INDIAZICOM shall not be responsible for any damage to the products caused due to transportation during its journey and/or delay in delivering the shipment or consequential loss, caused due to delay in customs clearance, Transit delay with the Carrier, Incorrect address, any act of God, any natural calamity, war, riot, commotion, strike, Local/Political Disruptions, Air / Rail / Road Disruptions / Delay or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Carrier. No claim for loss / damage / delay shall be entertained by the INDIAZICOM in such events.

9. If your shipment goes untraceable in transit by the carrier, we will await for the Carrier’s final response until 7 days from the date of estimated Delivery to declare it lost in transit. In such an eventuality we shall reprocess/reship the order. At this point, the customer may elect to accept / cancel the order, if he wishes to, through written communication to INDIAZICOM on customercare@INDIAZICOM.com

10. The products provided on INDIAZICOM website are without warranties with respect to its shelf-life. INDIAZICOM does not warrant that the products/services offered will be exactly similar to the pictures, shape, size and color showcased on INDIAZICOM website.

11. While INDIAZICOM will ensure sending fresh products and use Renowned Express Courier Company only to deliver the parcel within the estimated delivery schedule, INDIAZICOM shall not be responsible for the degradation in the condition of perishable items arising out of late delivery due to external factors such as Airlines connections, customs regulatory and clearance.

12. In the unlikely event of any dispute relating to the services of INDIAZICOM, the dispute shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Mumbai (India) court of law.

13. All terms & conditions printed overleaf of airway bill of the Carrier are binding on INDIAZICOM as well as the Customer.

14. The customer undertakes and agrees with INDIAZICOM, that they shall not permit any person other than the customer himself/herself, who has an interest in the shipment, to bring a claim or action against INDIAZICOM arising from the Carriage, even though there has been some negligence beyond our control and if a claim or action is made, customer shall indemnify INDIAZICOM against the consequences of the claim or action and the cost and expenses we incur in defending it.

15. INDIAZICOM only uses Reputed Multinational Express Courier Companies as Carriers to deliver the products / shipments. INDIAZICOM shall try its best for prompt execution of order and its delivery. The estimated time of delivery for all International destinations differs from country to country and would be declared at the time of placing the order.

16. Products purchased are delivered as per the address as selected by the customer.

17. Products ordered cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes. A complete postal address should be given by the customer with street name, Postal code / zip code, Tel no / mobile no. The Express Courier Company shall use all reasonable efforts to deliver to the given address. In case the Carrier is unable to locate the address, Customers are requested to contact the customer service of the Carrier located in that respective country. Alternatively, the customer may contact INDIAZICOM through writing on customercare@INDIAZICOM.com for further assistance.

18. Please be advised, deliveries to residential addresses in USA , Canada, Australia, New Zealand  will be subject to “SDA : Secured Delivery Area” / “ NSR : No Signature required” and shall be left at door if not attended personally by the customer or his/her representative  or door-bell not answered.

19. No Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

20. INDIAZICOM agrees to provide proof of delivery to the Customer for the shipment booked and delivered, in the form of Carrier’s website screenshot. Exception to the Proof of Delivery, read 19th clause above. The proof of delivery will be emailed to the customer’s email-id. No physical copy of proof of delivery is provided by the carrier. However not providing such proof of delivery will not be pre-condition for Non-payment to INDIAZICOM by the customer or any claim made by the Customer towards non-delivery of the shipment. In the interim, an enquiry shall be registered by INDIAZICOM with the Carrier and all reasonable efforts shall be made to establish the status of the shipment.  Carrier’s report / response shall be final and binding.

21. Products once shipped, Orders shall not be cancelled. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled beyond 24 hours from date and time of the order placed. Customer can change the order in terms of product and quantity within 24 hours from the date and time the order is placed on the INDIAZICOM website.

22. INDIAZICOM sources the products from renowned shops in and around Vile Parle, Dadar and Pune. However, due to non-availability of products from indicated sources, INDIAZICOM reserves the right to change the source of procuring the products and deliver approximately similar kind of product. If the product is unavailable, INDIAZICOM reserves the right to cancel the order to protect customer interest and intimate to the customer through written communication over email, the cancellation of the order. The amount, if any, paid by the customer at the time of confirming his order, shall be refunded to the customer without any charges or deductions through EFT / RTGS.

23. Order once placed shall be executed under one or more than one airway bill depending upon the quantity of products ordered.

24. Track & Trace: tracking number will be communicated to the customer once the parcel is booked with the Carrier. INDIAZICOM will track and trace the Shipment till its final delivery.
